Start sswidl and invoke EIS Planning Tools in Remote Planning mode (with
rp keyword);

Prepare the EIS plan.

When finished, ensure "Test CPT" runs successfully.
During the CPT testing process a file $HOME/eis_cpt_properties.txt
is created. This stores the current CPT parameters (ie;
the start, stop and upload times, the OP/OG and OBSTBL Upload
Pass IDs, and the names of the CP, CO and Tohban). This file may be
used as a convenient way of inputting these parameters into the
command-line CPT routine (however, they may also be modified
later).
