Purpose#

| AR | General Comments | Flux emergence in a pre-existing active region 11024. Lots of small flare activity (GOES B class) throughout 4 July. C class flare on 5 July. "Streaming motion, appearance of bright points, pore formation/coalscence, penumbral formation" (M. Cheung ). HEK movies here .The EIS data for this time series are spaced out due to eclipse season, and primarily consist of slot'n'stare series in the early part of the day, then context observations followed by narrow-FOV slit rasters with great temperature coverage. Before the VTT data, we have short 40" slot'n'stare movies (STA_LOOP_SLOT_LO) which show early evolution of the loop system. There are several B-class flares in this region throughout the day | |||||
