__EIS Weekly Observing Summary__ is a guidance of EIS science observation, decided by EIS team. EIS planner will make observing plan based on this guidance for the incoming week. \\ \\ It is very usful if you'd like to check whether your proposal is on the schedule and when your observation will be run by EIS (roughly).
